Annual Spring Seminar & Awards Dinner
Seminar Brochure

Topic:  Claims Chronicles, Mechanics Lien Law Update, and revised ALTA policy.  We will have three underwriting counsel discussing these three topics which are current topics in the industry.  Panel Members:  Sandy Dixon, Esq., Richard Angelo, Esq., CLTP, and Paul Trefz, CLPT, SCTE.

This is an accredited seminar put together in conjunction with the PLTA and is good for either to CE or CLE credits.

Guest Speaker:  Jim Brown of AmCad will be discussing current and future trends in technology in the Recorder of Deeds office in Pennsylvania and around the country. Topics will include auto-redaction of personal information, XML integration with title software, disaster recovery strategies, auto-indexing, different internet access models, and e-recording.
