BENEFITS

MONTHLY MEETINGS:

Speakers and panel discussions on current topics of concern, latest laws, and regulations.  Meetings on 3rd Thursday of each month from September to June.  Cost of dinner to members is partially subsidized through dues.  This is a great place to network and meet other industry professionals.

ANNUAL SEMINAR:

Every Spring, the ATE hosts its annual CE and CLE-accredited Spring Seminar.  This is great way to pick up credits in topics directly effecting the title industry.  Members receive a discounted price for attendance.  It is at this seminar that the William Kassell Scholarship Aware and Title Person of the Year Awards are presented.

JUNE OUTING and ANNUAL HOLIDAY DINNER:

Fun outings arranged by the Entertainment Committee.  Costs are typically subsidized in part by the ATE.

REPRESENTATION IN PLTA:

The ATE is given representation in the PLTA and in addition, member in the ATE can be used to obtain credits toward the PLTA professional designations of ALTP and CLTP:

CERTIFICATION PROGRAM:

The ATE is one of the few organizations in the nation to provide certification program for title searchers and examiners.  Certification is based upon a comprehensive test that covers Pennsylvania title searching and examination.
