speakers discussing areas such as Trusts, Reverse Mortgages, and
Capacity Issues as they affect our industry.

details of 1031 exchanges. "This
session will de-mystify the 1031 exchange for you.
Learn how to identify potential exchanges to increase your
business and discover what exactly happens during an exchange from
start to finish."

will be demonstrating GPS and GIS technology used in conjunction
with mapping and surveying.

will be demonstrating their program for Level 2 recording which is
currently used to record about 20% of the documents in Lancaster
County. Simplifile
is working with several other counties in the Philadelphia area that
will be enabling Level 2 recording in the coming months.
